Non-Returnable Items
- Custom print-on-demand products (unless defective)
- Personalized or monogrammed items
- Gift cards
- Items worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned after 30 days
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 1-2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and applied to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
Print-on-Demand Products
Custom print-on-demand products are made to order and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error. Please review your design carefully before placing your order. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days for a free replacement.
